We used to own it. 
Excellent car, very reliable. Used to be looked after by Joospeed and APM when we had it. Had a new clutch not long before we sold it.
ETA: It has carbon intake pipes which I seem to recall were supplied by Carbon Al. There are more pics of the car (and its intake pipes

Oh, and it's got Leven pedal extenders.

If you want to get the price down, I'd try to haggle for a front end re-spray, which it could do with.

Tam Lin and I sold it to Offord. 
The clutch was done not that long beforehand, at about 50 000 miles IIRC?
The main reason we sold it was because our toddler was getting bigger and starting to find the back seat uncomfortable. Oh, and because we decided we didn't need 3 cars between us.

4 cars at the time, IIRC, but who's counting.
My main reason to sell my share was that I want to improve my driving, and intend to spend a lot of time on track. Whilst we had that Cerb, it was only tracked 2-3 times.
The car exceeded my capabilities as a driver, and is also relatively expensive to track in terms of tyres, brakes etc if you're trying. So I've got an old 924, and have been working on suspension, brakes etc, learning about set-up & balance along the way. Also if I bend it, I can fix it pretty cheaply, and won't feel like I've just ruined something irreplaceable.
That Cerb was/is a great car with 294 bhp at the wheels, and decent Nitrons to make it steer.

Well then. My main reason to sell my share was because it was sod all use without the other half of it, and it felt wrong somehow to take an angle grinder to it.

Nope, wasn't this one. The first and only time I ever went to Offords was when I dropped the car off, and that wasn't as early as April last year. It was still on a private plate in the April, I only got around to changing it in June.
