Wipers not parking - more help needed please!

Hi gents, Well I took the expansion tank out and took the cover off the wiper motor, but I can't see anything there that would make the wipers park - or not as is the case right now.

Someone on here told me the switch would be visible, but its not.

So - can anyone who's done this job enlighten me please? In case its relevent the motor is a Lucas 60027021A '29W Motor Ext'.

YOu need to remove the motor and replace the male part of the plug. This has a small pin on it that rides on the gear, when the gear is in the right position then the pin removes the supply to the motor and thus stopping the wipers in the right place.
