You need to host your pics on a photo site. I would tend to use http://photobucket.com/ you need to create a profile but that only takes a minute.

Then post you pics on PH by [pic] followed by your picture URL Link [/pic]

NB Fotango are no more so use another host. Photobox, Uncle Dave etc
