Standard 4.2 cerb with cats and sports system, is this likely to be more than 105db? Thinking of doing an evening session at Brands Hatch and probably dont have time to get hold of track day silencers.
Allright Pete, Probably not that high, Brands seems pretty sensible as long as you don't go too stupid see here No you should bee ok, there where a lot louder cars about last year.. Nick.
Spartacus, I did an evening track day at Brands last summer. 4.5 sports pipes & decatted and about 109dbs. Took my ACT silencers but werent needed. They seem fairly relaxed at BH
I think that is because they are in the middle of nowhere!
Mine was hitting 108Db with a standard catted TVR sports exhaust, I'm still yet to test it with the decat H&S, though Nelly1 (Neil) has kindly lent me his Db meter.
