This love affair didn't last long for me....a truly magnificent car, but it seems I joined the wrong club.
Due to the nature of my work, and the fact the the wife was less and less willing to lend me the RAV4 I did find the car a bit to "look at me"....so sad to say its the Range Rover Sport club next.......sorry guys
ps if you know anyone interested its the purple 4.5 just advertised

Dont do it! I had an M class before the Cerbera, it was so boring I sold it within 3 months. Not sure if a rangey will be any better, but after a Cerbera it’ll probably make you yawn.
I see what you mean though, a Cerbera’s in you face enough without being purple or maybe there so in your face that colour makes little difference!!

You will sell it and then you will yearn for somthing that gives you the same feeling when you drive it..and you will thus come full circle and want another cerbera...because there is nothing on gods green earth like them.

It's a beautiful car, but there are so many good Cerbs for sale at the moment (2000-2001 cars at that price). I just missed a 2002 car which was 1k cheaper.
I hope you find a buyer that will appreciate the historical value of the car, but I'd personally opt for a later car.

Was that the Red rose at Fernhurst ?
That was a cheap car.
It was. It needed a few cosmetics bits doing (wheel refurb, seat repair etc) but could have been did for a few hundred quid.
It was supposedly really quick too. I had the cash together the day after someone bought it unseen over the phone.
I should have some the same myself and left a deposit whilst I waited for the cash for my car.
Ah well, obviously not to be. I was also looking at the black lightweight which was since been reduced in price again. Looks a bargain to me.
If i'd not just bought the masser, I'd be viewing the purple car mentioned on here (now it's cheaper!), the blue 4.5 and the black 4.5lw in the classifieds. Seems a good time to buy again at the moment!
