Hi, I have a 4.2 TVR Cerbera and my clutch is down, and I´m waiting for the Clevor Trevor clutch. A friend has a 4.5 Cerbera and the idle rpm is about 1300 rpm and we can not get it down.

We do not find on the 4.5 Cerbera the screw for the idle speed. We suppose that the 4.5 has a screw for the idle speed but we can not find it. Can anyone post a pic or tell us where the screw is.

With the laptop we put the value at 14-15% (with closed butterflies) but this does not work. We think that there are parts missing in the 4.5. My friend just bought the car a few weeks ago.

Sorry for my bad english but we are German´s.

The idle speed screw is a nut (I think). You will find it on the drivers side of the car (If it is Right Hand drive). It is in a similar position to the 4.2, but the adjusting nut is underneath the linkage.
By the way your English is pretty damn good

Its a 10mm head bolt that the throttle cable 'wheel' rests against, on the drivers side of the engine bay. There is a nut behind it that needs to be loosened off in order to turn the bolt, that's an 8mm bolt I believe.

Beets my German...and my English...and yes the screw is on the driver's side, just below where the throttle cable joins the connection rod.
