Just a quick question, because I am bored. What other cars, for whatever price, offer as similar levels of performance as a cerbera? i.e. 0-60 times, 0-100 and round a typical track???........................very open question I know but hey, im bored today.....

very few, and you'll probably have to have to spend £100k to get one - But if your that bored, do a search on the net to give yourself something to do

Similar performance? Well a few of the big porsches and ferrari's perhaps, though I've not yet had a ferrari that could beat me in a straight line. Had one staying level (an F430) but never quicker.

You could try getting a Subaru, boring it out to a 2.7 and then upping the boost stupidly to get about 400 - 450BHP out. Then you may find the four wheel drive works well round the track (Though it's still slower in a straight line, I know this as I know someone with the car as mentioned).

Simple answer - Get a Cerbera, whichever colour takes your fancy.

Just wondered because I had the "honour" of being behind a cerbera and a diablo (looked stunning in jet black) at a set of lights. They both nailed it at the green light and the cerbera made the diablo look like it had stalled???? it absoltuley flew away and I knew the lambo was going for it because its exhaust drowned out the TVR!!!!!

Hmmmm... odd, all the data I have the diablos would put them at about the same speed off the line as the Cerb, a little slower in the mid range (about a second down on Q-Mile) but a higher top speed.

UNLESS - It just happened to be a 1993 Diablo SV, basically the only slow one. That has a 0-60 that a well sorted Cerb would make look silly.

Don't know what year the lambo was but I thought they would have been a lot closer than they were? maybe a sick example?

everyone tries to beat me from the line, doesn't matter if they've got german, jap, or dagenham's finest. Thing is I rarely if ever play...what's the point?

Tracks are different and is something i'd love to get involved in more.

996 carrera 2 is very close in performance to a Cerb 4.2.

Owned both and one day we gunned a 4.2 Cerb and a 996 over about a 15 mile stretch, was unbelivably close, much more so than you would expect if you look at performance stats. A 996 can now be bought for £20k.

I would venture that round a track a noble would be faster than either mind.

It's all irrelevant anyway - we all know the why we own Cerbs.

Come over to the Tuscan site and say thatshoot
laugh The nearest thing to a tvr is another TVR. Ya can be comfortable sat at the lights, and it'll be the other car that will have more to lose, unless is a Nova, ya just never know.
