Hi all,

I have plugged my laptop in to check if all is OK. I have a slight misfire still on n/s bank. I have set up the pot's, now reading 15.2 each side which is ok. My adaptives on THROTTLE 1 are 7.5-8.0 ans THROTTLE 2 is 18-20 which I think is too high.

I have been reading a very useful thread by byker28i. He mentioned that the ignition should be between 17 & 22 at or above 80C. Mine is 15.5 and also noticed that the BAROMETRIC PRESSURE is sitting at 1013 mBAR, is this right because byker28i also mentioned that it might default to 1000 mBAR.

I have changed the spark plugs, set the pot meter's and also my lambda sensor's are flutuating between 0.1 - 1.00, I think that is OK as well. Oh and checked connections on air temp sensor and water temp sensor.

Can anymore put any light on the matter.

Thanks in advance.

Will

The barometric pressure defaults to 1000mBar but anything above or below see level it will change so that sounds ok.
As far as I knew lambda should fluctuate from 1 to 1.5 volts so it sounds as though you have a lambda fault if there 0.1 to 1 volt.
Someone else could prve me wrong?

The LAMBDAS should fluctuate between 0.1'ish and 1.5'ish, but sometimes as high as 1.87 when problems arise.

Yes they could get knackered that quickly, especially if you have cats that are knackered, as a lot of heat builds up and tends to melt the things and cover them in black crap. If they are switching readily between 0.1 and 1.5 then they should be ok. If you're not sure, take them out and have a look.

Yea. I have had a look at one, the easier one. Looks clean and was easy to unscrew. I forgot to mention that a baffle is rattling about in the rear box, more so on the n/s of the box.Would this have an affect on things?

I think I might just go down the pub for a beer and think about it. Back soon.

Back now. Probably going to take my rear box off and remove baffle and then weld up exhaust. Without any cost to me. Just to cancel it out thats all......................
