The sender/capillary tube have been dead long enough to annoy me now, so it's time to send them off to Speedy Cables for a fix.

So the car doesn't p155 coolant everywhere (& can still be moved around), anyone know what size the sender is so & can screw back in a suitable bolt ?

To be honest i found speedy cables useless.Sent them a gauge off my jeep for refurb.I got it back 11 months later.A mate also sent them two gauges from his boat.At one point they lost them. Then found them.It was 13 months before he got his back. Now use Bob speedometre in the states.Brilliant service, and good turn around time.

It was weeks rather than months.I will let you know exactly how long later. As it was my brother that dealt with it all.
