Easy job. Did mine after my first run out in the car, as the fuel line had split and was spraying a fine mist of fuel onto the hot engine. Doh! At least I found it before it was too late.
Just take off the battery panel cover, and some of the induction hoses so you can feed the fuel pipe through. Good excuse to fit a whirlwind kit.
There is a threaded fitting on one end, (bulhead) just cut off the crimp and use a jubilee clip on the new pipe instead. You can get fire proof/heat resistant hose covering from demon tweeks etc rather than use the old stuff, which will probably flake apart anyway. Takes a few hours to do but it's not hard
