I had thought of doing that, but the area is too big and I know it will be a disaster.
I do have a few sections of leather that I keep meaning to try this method on. As my wife is a nurse it shouldn't be too hard getting hold of a good syringe.

Nah - have a go yourself ...
the roll bar section pulls away (I know mines fallen off)
Is yours leather or hessian ??
if hessian get can of spray glue with a nozzle and poke thru the hessian couple of squirts
job done !
If leather try and losen enough of the material to spray in from the roll bar
Cover everthing else with dust sheets to avoid glue over spray or drips
Dont stay in car too long or you will be high as a kite !!
failing that take to a professional (but thats what they will do anyway)
