Cerbera seat badge "Backs"
Discussion
Having obtained two new seat badges (thanks Mike) i had a problem fitting them due to the recess in the seat being deep and slightly tapered so i made some "Badge Backs" for them to stick on to that could be held in place with the existing screws that hold the "seat back" in place. i made a few extras if any body wants a couple.
Sorry folks,
I don't know how to load a picture on to the site. However i will try and describe it a little further or better.
On the back of my seats there is a recess to take a badge the same shape and simmilar size to the boot badge. This recess is also where the two top screws are concealed that hold the back of the seat in place. The problem i had was that when i bought the car the badges were missing. I am not surprised they had fallen off in the past as the seat trim gets tucked into this area as well and leaves the base for the badge un-even. so what i did was made some plywood bases for the badge that could trap the trim and once counter sunk for the screws gave a very flat and firm base for the self adhesive badge. The plywood i used was only thin so that you don't see it when mounted in the recess.
The badges are made of the same material as the TVR badge in the centre of the steering wheel. ie flexible, but when the sun gets on it the glue softens and the badge pops off if left without a back. (mine did any way)
If some one could tell me how to post a picture then i will gladdly post it.

Here's the method I use to post pictures, and it works for me.
1 - Resize the picture you want to upload to approximately 500 wide (this makes sure they open quickly and fit within the screen)
2 - Go to www.tinypic.com and upload the picture to there (the instructions on there tell you exactly how to do it)
3 - Once the picture has uploaded TinyPic will give you three options of tags to use for linking to your picture ..... use the MIDDLE one.
4 - Copy this middle tag and paste it into your text box here (there's no need to use the "insert image" button and you don't need to type [img] before and after it, just paste it as it is)
5 - Job done.
I'm sure others have other methods that give the same result.

A very good friend of mine used to manufacture these for TVR, he has stocks of the following:
1. Tuscan Seat Badge. 150 off
2. Cerbera Seat Badge. 56 off
3. T350c Boot Badge. 32 off
4. TVR Bonnet Badge. 120 off
5. T350t Rear Badge. 72 off
6. TVR Steering wheel badge. 180 off.
7. Tamora Badge. 50 off.
If anyone want's any of the above badges let me know and I'll see what he wants for them. Got mine in exchange for a pint of beer.
