Are you sure the battery is flat? It sounds more like a the usual starter motor problem to me.

Usually hot start problems are caused by fuel vaporization. But the starter should still turn the engine. Maybe your batter is low on electrolyte or something and the heat is boiling it? Or a dodgy electrical connexion somewhere that is exacerbated by the heat.

Is the starter solenoid clicking when you try to the warm starts? If it is, then chances are you need the starter motor replaced.
If it is not clicking then probably a bad connection somewhere, electrical resistance increases with heat.

Or the infamous immobiliser, perhaps?

Does the starter not turn at all or does it turn slowly?

It's a few months since we were discussing this issue at length on here.

Best of luck .....

And I really HATE to invoke The Big Fuse but its worth checking on this occasion.

If the connections to it are corroded you might get these symptoms.

The fuse is located at the back of the engine, you'll see the fat red cables from the alternator going to it. Reach down with an insulated socket, remove the fuse, check it, clean the ends, clean the cable crimps, reassemble.

Try it!
