Less than four weeks to go to le-mans and I've bust my achilles tendon. Looks like an operation and at least twelve weeks in a pot.

I like the thought process Windsor! It seems it quite an easy job to find the offer of a chauffeur, so it looks like me and Chris will be taking turns in the back of the car...How can I miss an event like that. I like the thought that you appear to be considering it...it's not too late and it would be great if you could join us. By the way the Cobra man is now a Tuscan man so, so far it's a Tuscan I, Tuscan II and a Cerb...possibly a griff and just maybe another Cerb?

You know you want to...............

Is this a common injury with Cerbera drivers? I did my cruciates and spent 6 weeks in a forest gump style brace

There must be something in the water at the moment, because both my neighbour and my boss have also done this!

I just can't imagine how much that must hurt...my sympathies.

Mmmm thought about that, but while both hands are on the clutch & gear change, I need to crack the problem of joining my nose to the steering wheel.

Me did that too. Great brace looks really dramatic! Only problem was they had to rebuild my knee too. Couldn't walk properly for 6 months afterwards.

For what it's worth...Tell your mum I keep thinking of her. Hope she's OK. Makes me feel like a fraudster!
