Yes, same on mine, however I WAS going to try 40 series next time, but not sure who has done this and to what results...

40s on the front are fine, in my opinion an improvement - protect the wheels better, look ok and the front end is less nervous. Might also help to prevent buckling the wheels over potholes. I would hesitate to change the rears due to clearance issues (plus the 35 profile on the rears is more acceptable since they're wider).

Peter, get the SO3s off pronto. You will be shocked at the difference with a decent tyre in its place (SO2s where fine, but dont think you can get them any more). Goodyear F1s, Toyo Proxys and errm, something else I cant remember paperbag

Put them on my old Griff and frightened myself half to death. Not many good words to be said about them on the Cerb forum. TBH I found the Toyos similarly bad for the first few hundred miles, but the recent Goodyear F1s where brilliant straight out the box (well, after about 50 miles anyway)

S03s have a stiffer side wall than the 2's, on 18" spiders with a 35 profile this causes handling problems. I never had any issue with them on my 5L chim, just needed to drop the pressure 2 psi front and rear.

I have GOODYEAR EAGLE F1's all round and have 35's on the front and 40's on the back.

I would definitely change the fronts to 40's, but would stick with 40's on the back also.

I have spiders and they get cuffed to pieces with the 35's, even just driving on normal roads with lumps and bumps. My rears are however spotless and uncuffed.

As you have SP12's have you spoken to SP where you bought them, I think they know thier stuff & will discuss the pro's and con's

Yes they are. S02 were far better.
The profile you have is not possible with F1 Eagles which I had on my old Cerb (great tyres).
I would suggest the Toyo Proxies TR-1 are the best tyres for the money . Great tyre and in the profile and sizes you state (same as mine).

Cerby! If you're changing all four, go for 225/35 front; 265/35 rear Toyo T1-R or Goodyear GSD3 (sp?).

The tramlining problem with 225s goes with SP12s - unless your geometry is wrong. 265s in conjunction with properly functioning 225s on the front provides the perfect balance.
