I have lent my manual out, anyone know where the water temperature sensor is located on the Cerb 4.2

Underneath the panel between the rads and engine.

There are two metal pipes in amongst the plumbing for the cooling system that sits on top of the chassis rails.

There are two 'sensors'. One is the capilliary pipe wrapped in a coiled spring going to the guage. The other has an electrical plug connected to it like the throttle pot connectors - unless its corroded and been replaced with spade connectors smile

IIRC its on the near side just in front of the engine.

Found the one that has an electrical plug connected to it, but for the hell of me can't find other one anyone have a photo of it, in location.

Just happen to have the panel off

ECU sensor is vertical with the wires

Water temp gauge capillary is horizontal pointing to front of car
