Replacement water rail

The nearside water rail on my 4.5 is looking badly corroded where the flexible hose joins. Where do I get a replacement? Is it a breaker or are OE/aftermarket options available?

ACT supply them and not too expensive. Prob worth fitting a set of silicone hoses while you are at it.

Does anyone know if the stainless pipe kit includes the engine rails, that come out from the cylinder heads, or just the pipes at the front of the engine?
They do look good on the picture and mine are very crusty.
