Power Steering Fluid Leak

[WIL35]

Have a PAS fluid leak coming from the steering box. I can see there are four pipes going into it and it all looks very oily around that area. Two pipes feed oil along the rack, one from the reservoir and one from the pump. I'm going to undo all four connections, clean them up and re-assemble.

Is there anything to be aware of before I start, apart from them being tricky to get a spanner on!

It may just be one of the braided hoses has given up - mine did this about 18 months ago.

A Saturday morning trip to my local Pirtek & all was well again !

I drove the car down there, took the hose off in the car park & they made one to match. I'm glad I did take the car though, as it took a couple of attemptes to get the elbows right. But they were happy to take a cash payment
