The PCBs inside the control units seem to be glued inplace with a silicone adhesive. What is the best way to detatch them? I seem to recall seeing a solicone solvent but don't want to damage anything else removing the PCB for repair.
i had to do several on my car i just carefully sliced through it with a craft knife and gently eased them out then once replaced resealed them had no problems at all since they were done hope this helps
