After a week of lumpy idling and ssssttuttering at 2000rpm i thought i would treat her to a nice wash and polish. Took my time lovingly stroking her curvacious body until a gloss finish was achieved, took her out for a sunday drive and spent some time in town and country with her and guess what?? She behaved perfectly. Any body else found this ? Wonder if this will work on the wife....

You mean you havn't tried this on the wife yet? Reaps dividends I'm telling you!

Taking her for a ride in the country is down to personal choice though...

Mine's been misbehaving a little lately (the car) - a bit like yours, but just now on the run to the shops she was great!

Must be the warm weather!

I dont think i could have the same type of relationship with mine if it was a boy! It is only cos the wife is away that i am spending quality time with the mistress. Its a good job she is not the jealous type!

Mine is an IT and when i polished it a couple months ago a p***k in a Corsa crashed in to the back of me, then when i got it back i clay barred and polished the rest of the car and the clutch slave cylinder went, i hope this is not a trend but went out today and it ran like a dream, mind you, i didn't polish it yesterday. smile
