Picked my cerb up from TVR-Power last Thursday and it was not the drive home I had been chewing my wrist off for.
Weather was absolute Shyte. Storms 'n' all.
Took refuge in the petrol station near Corby on the A14, only to find the fusible link had gone kapoof, resulting in car not starting.
So here is the good bit. Dom and one of his minions had their heads under my bonnet in pelting rain at 7 o'clock in the evening, at a time when they would otherwise be engaged in telling wondrous stories of Coventry down the pub. Thanks again guys
