Hi all, has anyone removed the rear silencers on thier cerb and what differance does it make if any? (apart from more noise of course)

Way way too loud...others may feel different. I tired it with cats on and no rear box, lived with it for 4 days feeling like a complete tt and got a sports system put on.

the car only has rear silencers to removing these will be basically straight through and will sound horrible. Why not try a de-cat first? then if you still want more noise add the seperate sports pipes as well. I've got linked de-cats and standard backbox and it sounds lurveley...

Car has a sports exhaust im told with the cats in place! if i de-cat it will it nedd setting up to suit the better flow?

come along to the west midlands meet on every 3rd sunday of the month at the bullshead, meriden
there are few cerbera's that come along that are extremely loud eg "mad" jon "cirby" and dave from birmingham so then you can maybe make a decision as you live in warwickshire like me and my dad biggrin

Loud is good, god i miss my loud exhausts frown
