Shakey Raceway last Sunday

[brummiewedge]

Went to Shakespeares Raceway last Sunday, i beat everything i went against, Skylines, scoobys, even my mates LS1 escort that weighs 1050kgs totally stripped out, my best time was 12.3-120mph, P@ssed off i couldnt get an 11 out of it, but grip was a MAJOR problem, 3rd gear before it stopped spinning, people were saying it was a dirty track day. My pal in the Escort last time did 12.1-125mph, but best he could do last week was a 12.5-118mph. Was my 1st go at this so not too bad i suppose, starting in 2nd gear was my best times.

You ought to get a lot better than that. My car, in the hands of it's previous owner, managed an 11.9 at Santa Pod. I haven't managed to launch it anything like as well as he obviously can. My attempts at launching with an AC22 strapped to the passenger seat indicate I'll be lucky to get anything under 13 seconds.

Nice that you beat everyone else.

The 125 terminal shows it has plenty of poke!! once you can hook it up you'll be into the 11s no problem

Nice one Paul. Glad to hear your beating all the competition, and no Police presence!
