My Dad refuses to tell the people in Halfrauds what kind of car its for. He says "If I tell you, you will just say no!" He has a look round the batteries and pics 1 and takes it to the counter. Its like with my race car, I need to buy an oil filter for a Ford Transit but also plugs and cam belts for an Alfa Sud! Same car, same engine! Its just got an external oil filter!

Just take the old battery along and get one like it, so you know the cables will reach the terminals, the battery will fit over the b*stard retaining nut and so on.

Obviously anybody can undo and re-tighten the terminal connections wink. However, this isnt as simple as that, is it lads. Bloomin airbox has to come off and that involves 3 hex bolts and 5 jubilee clips.

TC, Im not brave enough to tackle the big fuse yikes

For the record, the battery to the top of the terminals cant be more than 8 and a half inches.

Mrs Fubes said that if she had realised I had 8 and a half inches in my hand, it would be a first paperbag
