gearbox oil and diff oil?

Ive been looking at redline's list of products but can't quite figure which are the right products for a) the gearbox and b) oil for the diff - anyone know?

Although on a grriff,it's the same box and diff,and i was recommended mtl in the box,and super heave shockproof in the diff by a nice chap at Redline.I've been using them for a couple of yesrs now with no problems,and the gearbox is nice and smooth.

thanks for the advice, I might consider giving the redline products a go next time, I placed my order today for motul dexron III for the gearbox and castrol saf-xj 75w-140 for the diff, I was ordering engine oil from opie oils and they helped me in my choice for the diff and gearbox to those products. I probably would have chosen redline if opie carried it.
