Hi Folks "Hannibal" whilst not having bitten me has had a nibble in the respect that he decided to lock me in the vehicle biggrin Luckily I was arriving back at the office so could enlist some help to alight.
How do you get out if this happens with nobody to assist you, and how do I sort the problem (lots of clicking but door won't open)

Thanks.

Theres a red handle on the inner sill, a sharp tug and the door will open.

Remove the trim behind the seat, where the seat belt enters. Towards the back of the recess and down a bit there's a piece of studding (3-4mm) coming through the door opening solenoid unit. Usually the nut has moved up slightly on the studding and this in turn stops the door opening, but you get the clicking. Screw the nut a bit further down the studding until you find the point where the door opens again.
