I assume I need to remove the fuel rail to replace the coils? I can see four caphead screws. Is it then just a process of pulling until the rail pulls off all the injectors?

1) What is the bestway to depressurise the fuel line?
2) Should I pull the rail off the injectors of the injectors out of the engine?
3) Are the injectors just sealed with o-rings or something and will I need new ones?

Any help appreciated.

I presume it's a 4.5

If so, undo the bars that hold the fuel rail on, then basically just pull it off.

The injectors come out of the engine.

When I did it, I didn't depressurie the system and it seemed to be ok.

O-rings are from a granada I believe.....
