Where the air box fits over the air filter. Should this be a tight sealed fit to work effectively. Mine definately isn't anything like the tight fit I expected it to be. (roll on the jokes)

Any advice is much appreciated.

You want to see the fit on the speed six, I think it must not matter if it is sucking in a little air from the gaps by the way the box on the speed six is designed.

Mine is a perfect fit, but only after a mornings worth of reworking the location pins.

Mine is a S6 also, and having looked at it a bit closer it just doesn't sit square on to the apperture in which it rests over the air filter. The opposite end of it sits too high even when balanced on the engine bay thus it rests out of square... Back to my original question, does it matter and if so is there a better alternative?

thanks

I had mine off the other week and it has sealant foam around the edge to ensure a snug fit.

Sorry, Im talking about a 4.5 which has locating pins on the front of the cover and over-centre catches on the rear
