Just wondering if it is possible to buy on of those rear screen heater element combined with aerial thingies? I had one on my old Sierra and have one on my Volvo (what class cars I have owned). No external aerial just the heater element, it's always worked a treat.

I have a dab system with rear roof fixed aerial and to be honest it does not look to bad.

Why the roof? I would've thought DAB would go through GRP so could aerial not be stuck in the boot?

I was interested in doing this, FM reception round my way is poor but then so is DAB. So instead just got a head unit that can play SD cards and also can Ipod/mp3 link. So I have tunes, as well as the soundtrack but radio is still not good. Something I may sort out one day.

Radio not worth a rub with a damp lettuce.

My other car has an expander (import) that only picks up Classic FM or Radio 1 when Westwood or some other boom-boom-boom-bollax is on.

So not had music in a car for 9 years.

Cerb came without CD cartridge, but finally sourced one a few weeks ago, and the sound is great... Not used it since though... too busy tuning my ears to the nuances of the car. Part of the routine maintenance is knowing every squeal, rattle, pop and bang. Best sounds by far come from a Cerb.

Just keep some CD's handy for when the Missus starts blabbin on about next door's curtains or some other inane dribblethumbup

It came with it in place when I bought it two years ago.

Mine was shite so I just bought a standard FM aerial for a household stereo from Comet and laid it around the inside of boot lid. The reception on FM is perfect but no AM
