Im having a few problems with my standard Pioneer head unit, i keep getting 'error 60' message appearing.

Has anyone done a straight forward swap for an updated Pioneer? And is it as simple rolleyes as unplug one and plug the new one in.

Changed my standered head unit for a JVC.
Was supprised and happy to find that it was the same conectors.
