Draining fuel tank

I've been asked to take my Cerbera to an enginering show to join some other vehicles on other stands. There is a possibility that when I get it there I may need to drain the fuel due to health and sfaety rules. I can run it low, but how do I get the remaining fuel out. I assume the tank has some form of anti-syphon device.

I'm planning some to place some displays for my business behind the car but can anyone suggest some simple ways of spicong the display up ies special lighting etc?

Not sure how, but possibly running the fuel pump with the line diverted into a petrol can?
