carbon fibre propshaft

[TimJM]

Seller nothing to do with me so please do not remove.

Just noticed this interesting carbon fibre propshaft for a 4.5 cerbera on ebay:

Would this be worth a punt - any real (noticable in the real world) benefits?

I'd be interested to know if it fits on a 4.2....
