Finally Ive got round to getting some new rims for the old bastard hehe

Due to the state of my spiders and the need to constantly polish the stripped ally to keep them shiny(which I only did twice in 4 odd years paperbag), when balancing up costings I manged to do a deal to sell the old ones and buy the new ones at a cost not far off a refurb alone.

So, armed with a wilting credit card I phoned Tim @ ACT and the deed was done. Unfortunately the tyre fitters noticed that both rear Goodyears had splits in the inner wall and were, quite frankly, dangerous. So Ive had to wait for the new tyres to arrive before I could fit the wheels and show them orf.

I personally dont like the SP12s and like to be a bit different from the crowd (despite the fact there's a yellow Cerb in the Classifieds with the same wheels on!) and decided to go for the Jordan 5s, which Im led to believe were originally ear-marked for the Sagaris?

Now I appreciate some of you may think they're a bit 'Max Power' but

Ive taken a couple of photos on the phone which dont do the rims real justice so will take some with a proper camera and preferably when the sun is shining, but here they are:

And here's a couple of the Cerb in the Classifieds which probably show the wheels off slightly better?

Now Ive just got to take the car home and convince Mrs Fubes that I did a straight swap for my old wheels wink

Nice. - thise rims make the tyres look even lower profile. look very easy to scrape.

Cant believe you still have the cerbergring stickers on!

He needs them to be to make up for his lack of 'machoness'

I like them!
But they suit the lines of a sagaris alot better, with the 'sharp' edges, a more rounded alloy would be nice! getmecoat

If i'm honest mate, the jurys out on this one and have to agree that they probably do suit the Sagaris a little better.
