Yes, I've used him to look after my Cerb and my Chim for several years before that and he's a top bloke. He runs a Tuscan himself, so he's well used to modern TVRs, despite his deservedly good reputation with Rover V8 TVRs.

think he prices himself pretty high these days. He was my closest TVR man but I never used him. Have you thought about APM? He is a god of Cerbs.

Yes it's important to pay a decent hourly rate, but just as important is the approach of the man wielding the spanners. You've never been a customer Gary so you wouldn't know, but I've known David for a number of years now and he is a sound chap to have look after your TVR. I've been RO of the Surrey region for nearly as long as I've had TVRs and I've not heard a word said against him at our meetings in that time (and I have against others) and a lot of people within the Surrey contingent use him.

Steve.

I am sure he is great. In fact his ex-wife showed me round a house for sale recently in a village near Godalming - she spoke highly of him and TVRs.
I have nothing against him, never met him and never used him. Labour rate isnt everything. It is a personal thing and APM ticked my boxes (read that one carefully).
