Hi all,

Thought I would say hello as a newbie!

I was wondering if anybody has the ex David Beckham crystal topaz LW, registered on W8TVR the last I heard! I carried out loads of work on this car, and bought my own crystal topaz LW because of it!

They do go don't they?

Yep,

He had one. Victoria chose the colour scheme for him! I can't remember the origional reg other than the letters were DVB (David, Victoria, Brooklyn) and it had the TVR matched child seat in the back. The numberplate was changed to W8TVR by the second owner who couldn't stand the attention. It had blacked out windows and he regularly got chased around in it. He lived near Guildford, and then the car had to be sold. I guess it could have gone abroad as Japan is big beckham teritory!

The funniest thing I found was a Liverpool FC sticker stuck up under the dash signed by all the guys at Blackpool!

Dawn French was lovely, my buddy sorted her 4.2 out as she was having a few issues with it (Strange for a Cerbera!) He said she made a special trip back to thank him as it had never run so well! Lovely lady!

I can remember it being sold on Ebay a while back. He didn't have the car for long. Had a interesting write up on the car.

It was for sale at Premier Motor Auctions in Leeds just over 4 years ago - in July I think. Didn't go to the actual auction when it was being sold so don't know how much it wa sold for, but there was a copy of the original registration document with it with his name on it.

The vicar of dibley was ace! And I thought it was Lenny Henry who had the cerb?(he's her partner/husband, btw). It got wrecked and caught fire, there's pics of it on wrecked exotics.

It means it must be SORN at the moment, or in the breakers for parts only.

Export Marker Not Applicable so it should be in the UK.
Date of Liability 01 11 2003 , means it is not taxed at the moment, and has not been since this date.

I remember the DB car being advertised a few years ago. It was stated as a feature that it had a 4.7litre engine.
