Hi folks - I'm considering changing my Griff for a Cerb, but the horror maintainance/repair cost stories keep holding me back.
Are there any good warranties to be had out there that would help ease my concerns - any experiences appreciated....

AA warranty £65pa for members only (I think), pays the first £475 of any claim provided it has been serviced on the Dot.
Reiabilty - or rather the lack of it - is exagerated on here, people only come on when they have problems. but it's still a game of Russina Roulete,a Cerb will cost twice as much to maintain as a Chimaera/Griff - and if an unexpected £4k bill would kill you, then don't buy one. Can't think of anything else bad to say about them smile

I met JSK ? JSG ? can't remember which smile at TVR Power on Saturday, and he's got a warranty on his T350 that covers everything including wear & tear. I think it cost £1500.

Might be worth giving Dom a call, to see if he can get one on a Cerbera.

I've just renewed my insurance with A Manning and they sent me a flyer on a insurance warranty scheme they've just introduced for TVR's. Could be worth a look because there insurance quotes are competitive.

AA warranty is for cars under 10yrs (or 100K). So Cerbs on the cusp now.
