eek came close to filling the cerb up with diesel the other day but luckily noticed at the last moment. don't know if anyone else has noticed but at BP stations you have, on the left Green unleaded, in the middle Diesel, and on the right Green. In big letters ultimate in a big green triangle with a small blue triangle saying diesel! clap nice one BP be careful peeps easy mistaka to maka!

I thought diesel pumps didnt fit into petrol tank mouths, or is it the other way round? or has the cerb an unusually large hole that doesnt stop it?

They definitely fit Griffs, a mate of mine managed to put Ultimate diesel in his tank............it got about 10 yards from the pump. If that wasn't bad enough the recovery truck got a puncture on the way home and didn't have a spare, a 30 minute trip took about 6 hours!

I had a similar experience in Germany an couple of weeks ago. Went to fill up with V-Power and when the nozzle didn't fit my tank noticed that it was V-Power diesel!
