Having read of a few fires on here some fuel related, how easy is it to replace the fuel pipe, is it flexible tubing ty rapped to the chassis? or flexy to solid, where mine joins the fuel rail(4.5)i cannot stop it weeping ,ive put new o ring behind the relief valve and a new jubilee clip and got the pipe all the way up the spigot so it seems a new pipe is in order,i have access to a ramp by the way.
If you've got a ramp then its much easier
But you'll need to remove the belly plate, exhaust system and the prop heat shield at the very least, possibly the prop and box as well.
Still at least the parts are cheap, if it was me I'd replace either with braided lines or solid fuel pipe with a small bits of easily replaced rubber hose either end.

What year is your car?
I read somewhere that they changed the fuel lines to hard pipe and routed it differently down the car.
On mine the two pipes emerge through the bulkhead under the wiper motor. A hose with threaded connector goes from there to the fuel rail.
I changed the engine bay hoses for stainless braided earlier this year.
