Speed pulse/signal wire

Just managing to get arround to insalling my stereo at last and for the sat nav I need to connect up to the speed pulse. Anyone know where it is??

On my SEATs and AUDI it was presented at the back of the stereo, on the IMPREZA it was at the ECU.

Anyone know??

Thanks.. But where does that actually trace to in the car??

The speedo sensor is fastened to the rear axle and gets its pulses from the abs ring fastened to the drive shaft flange.
I've never traced the wire but I would have thought it comes off the diff, up into the car and into the loom under the helmet holder and forward under the centre console.
On the wiring diagrams the colours are S(?) changing to Y (yellow?) at the speedo end. Hope this helps.
