Had a nice hangover gearbox removal session today.
This is the outcome.
5th, 3 teeth off. wearing badly and teeth tips razor sharp.
Entire output and input shaft assembly has about 2mm movement in it.
(Have to save target as, as it's a video.)

Managed to break the nose of the front cone when removing it as well.

Are you rebuilding it yourself, or shipping it off for a refresh else where?
