After umpteen snarling spirited clutch take ups (not traffic light grand prixs). I can with 99.9% confidence predict that my Cerb will always slide left when starting in a straight line. That is its arse will go left rather than right. I don't think its just down to road camber as it'll do it on prefectly flat large open spaces too.

Question is what way does yours go confused, does it do it so predictably or have I got snags with the set up confused.

that could be the diff, mine does it not all the time, but it does need a slight correction to remain straight. The diff is going to be replaced at some point. Do you have thehydratrack harry?

Pretty certain its non-hydratrak, I certainly bought it without hehe.
When I say it goes left, it squirms left progressively and is very controllable with a slight 'left hand down a bit'.

Not saying its a major issue, just wondered if it was a case of TADTS or whether I need to get my suspension Geo checked and or Diff plates set up.

Mine slides right every time but it is always when I'm overtaking and over cook it so maybe the road camber is a clue?

I have the hydratrak diff on my Tuscan, hardly ever get more than a twitch which rights itself pretty much straight away with very minor correction. Amazes me just how stable the diff is, even in the wet. I just worry about the day it does let go.....

Just something Brummie mentioned to me about something he found on his Cerbera when he was installing the LS in to it: the original diff mounts had become twisted (now they have been seriously reinforced), maybe this has happened to your Cerbera?

What tyres do you have.

With the Falkens that came on my car, this happened all the time.

With the Toyos I get perfectly straight launches.....

Interestingly enough I have Falken 452's, however I'd be extremely surprised if it was that as I just can't see it. Did you get the suspension set up with the tyre change confused.

This is what I was expecting to hear TADTS, but obviously not quite so.

1996 4.2 which presimably does not have Hydratrack diff on faljen 451 tyres always launches in a straight line, as long as the front wheels are straight.

Same here, always left. TBH it adds a bit more driver involvement and increases the fun factor!
