Passenger door won't open

Hope someone can help!
Ive never had a problem with the doors before and after using the search engine, can't find the solution. When i try the btton on the mirror and the one in the door nothing happens - i can hear the control box clicking but the door release mechanism doesn't move. Ive tried unplugging the control box to reset it but this doesn't work. Ive also just given it a good dousing in WD40. Any ideas?? The door does open using the red pull lever.

Soy, not a mechanic but mine was sticking. Pushing either button 2 or 3 times and gentle pressure worked. When I got the door open, it was a simple fix one of the 3 bolts had come loose. Finding an allen key was a harder task though!

Somebody else fixed mine for me, but I seem to recall the solenoid had come loose & moved slightly. I trust the emergency handle lets you in ?

When mine started to play up I found that the lock mounting bolts were loose causing a bit of misalignment
