It started with a failed gearbox.

Then, a split rear fuel line.

Now I've removed the exhaust manifolds, welded up the cracks, opened the ports to match the heads and I'm about to send them away for ceramic coating along with the head coolant manifolds.

Removed all the engine bay fuel lines and coolant hoses to replace and re-shield them.

Checking the oil pressure sensor for it's switching pressure and un-seizing the oil line to the gauge

Removed the rear lights and I'm in the process of making some new ones with the shells of the old lights and going to re-seal the outer covers as they'd come loose.

Replaced the throttle cable (absolute bastid of a job!) and freed off the pedal pivot that had vice imprints on it. laugh

Linking my de-cats and fitting a Standard rear box.

Re-routing power cables to dodge the exhaust

Fitting some Magnecor HT leads.

After that maybe make a holder for my sub to go in the helmet hole and make up the airboxes I've wanted to do for years.....

Shame to stop there, might as well continue all the way back while you've got the wire brush out. My those diff bushes look a bit second hand, now's as good a time as any to change them. Silly not to get the diff checked over while we're at it. Maybe the 'box too? How're those suspension bushes looking?

hehe
