How easy is it to buy new windscreens and where do you get them from? ( I have a 1999 4.5.

Mine is quite pitted from mionr stone chips and I would like a new one for the summer.

Cheers

My insurance provides free cover for repairs to a screen and replaces a screen for about £70 contribution (NCB stays intact too)from me which is cheaper than a screen! Why can't you simply make a claim?

I understand that some are imported from Germany. These are the ones Autoglass use anyway.

Not very helpful I know... but Autoglass will also clean up all pits and fix any minor cracks for you. They did mine for free when the came to fix up our daily drivers.. Looks much better now.

cheers
