At about 11:40 on the A21 (heading south) just before the Flimwell Bypass.

Green Cerb, reg : K1 CEB (I think, was paying more attention to seeing another green Cerb than I was the plate)...

Anyone on the list ?

(I was in a Black Mk1 Golf, so you wouldn't have noticed me)

WOHOO ! Thats the 1st spotted in a LONG time thats been a PH'r...

I'm tempted to start flashing TVR's even when I'm in the Golf, there is a slim chance they might wave back I guess....
