I once saw the long version of the Top Gear 1-mile sprint where all the cars were reviewed before the race. The short version is on youtube. Anyone got a link to the original long version?

I am sure it's on this site somewhere under media but can't find it at the moment because I am on the pda.

The noise of the Cerb is fantastic. That video never gets old, although the presentation is v.cheesy.

I always assumed the car in the video must have been a 4.5 for some reason.

There have been lots of rumours (4.5, 4.7, blueprinted engine). I believe the honest answer is that it's an early 4.2 with clatter cams but no cats, driven by John Ravenscroft who managed to get a blinding start and just hook everything together on the run.

Don't 4.2's sound better - in standard trim - than original 4.5s?

TBH all AJP8 installations sound truly beastly, but i've always thought 4.2's are much rawer!
