Strange request - engine bay photos wanted
Discussion
The repairs to my fire-damaged cerb's engine bay are nearing completion and I'll soon be taking the train down to Exeter to look it over, with a view to driving my baby home if it all checks out (woohoo!).
But....such was the extent of the damage and the length of time I've been without the car that there may be some differences that I won't spot, or think 'that doesn't look right' but can't be sure.

Particular areas of interest include:
- The grp directly under the windscreen
- Expansion bottle area
- Battery area and n/s wing detail
- Routing of fat cables from battery
- Detail around the wiper motor
- Heat shielding of firewall and cabling

Mines a 4.2 so may not be of much use for comparison, but happy to try to snap some when it is lighter (i.e. tomorrow). Another thought would be to see if you could arrange to swing in to Dulfords who are in Cullompton (pretty much enroute home I think, thanks Google). It was Rich and Col from there who came to the ring with us Rog - for a bit of beer money I am sure they would be happy to cast a quick eye over it for 10-15 mins to make sure all the important bits are routed as they should be, and there are no obvious
ups.

Just realised the photos you need would probably require air box removal to be of any real use to get proper shots.
Sorry about the earlier promise
