Fuel??

Just wondered what fuel you would recomend running a 1997 4.2 cerb with decats on. Thinking of using tescos 99

99 IS FINE.

No problems here with Tesco 99 either.

Any fuel will be ok in it.

I've used everything from the crap 95-octane stuff we have over here to the 100-octane stuff on the continent in my '97 4.2 with de-cats for about a year and a half now with no problems.

I use Tesco 97. 99 hasn't reached us yet, or if it has they haven't re-branded the pumps

Tesco 95 or 99, same with Shell normal & v-power.

I agree, any 95 or better petrol works fine
