I had a nose operation nearly two weeks ago and I wasn't allowed to drive for two whole weeks after it. That fortnight ends on Thursday so I can get back in the car. Woohoo.

God it feels like forever, and the excitement of being able to drive the cerb again is mounting already

Typically, they have forecast rain for Thursday so I still haven't had a properly dry day since I bought the damn thing....

Imagine that, two weeks of sunshine and I've been locked in the house, then, just as I'm allowed back on the road... it rains :'(
