Does anyone know of anyway to adjust the pedals on a cerb and bring them further back into the car. The girlfriend wants to drive the car more, which I have no problem with, especially if it means she drives back from the pub biggrin but she struggles to reach the bottom of clutch with ease.

I guess I could try to put blocks of wood on the pedals.

If you get yourself down in the drivers footwell with a torch and look behind the pedals each one has a 13mm nut (i think its that size) slacken that off then you can unscrew the pedals out of the pedal arms, dont forget to tighten the nuts back up after your done. I'd just go with the blocks of wood, it saves changing them back when you want to drive. wink

I rather like the idea of you buying her a pair of 7" Heel stilettos with 4" platforms.

Just a pre-warning before you boys get too excited, I'm Mrs Optimax Sniffer, so watch what you say on here!!

I can just about reach to depress the clutch but it's not that comfortable and I'm also sat ridiculously close the windscreen!

Have driven in heels which helps a bit but not that much - maybe I need some massive 70's platforms, but the glittery outfit that has to go with it, might dazzle other drivers!

So, who is the shortest Cerb driver on here then? I'm 5ft 3 and find it a stretch so I can't imagine there are many people shorter than me driving one!

NO!

And I don't want any of those "special shoes" that people with different length legs have to wear either!!

Perhaps buying me a pair of Jimmy Choo's might help? It might not, but then at least I'd have a lovely new pair of shoes!! (all part of the plan you see !!) wink

Does anyone know of anyone with a cheap Cerb for sale it's the girlfriend, she wants to drive the car more, which I have a big problem with, It especially pisses me off when she makes me drive her back from the pub when she's wrecked. I just want to drive my own car again.
I guess I could try to put blocks of wood across the garage door, please help.

Hee Hee!! I was planning to buy a griff when he moved in and stole my garage. Driving his car is part of his penalty!!

I have to say, he's been a star this afternoon. The pedals have been adjusted by about an inch and a half and it makes a big difference!

Actually, penny's just dropped - he gave me a glass of wine when I got in from work. I thought he was just being nice, but it was to stop me taking it out for a spin! Sneaky, very sneaky!!
